How cushions are made.

Not every cushion is made in the same way. Depending on the product, material and requirements, we use different manufacturing and processing methods – including high-frequency and ultrasonic welding, die-cutting, in-house foam processing from block material, contour cutting with waterjet technology and CNC-controlled cutting on a Zünd cutting system.

Manufacturing is complemented by in-house toolmaking with a CNC-controlled milling machine. This allows samples, tools and production solutions to be matched precisely to shape, function and the required quality.
